December 6th and 7th 2025
Chuckwalla Valley Raceway

This weekend we returned to Chuckwalla Valley Raceway for CVMA Round 3 of the Winter Racing Series, where 951.Live once again brought the excitement of club racing straight to viewers with a full live broadcast.
This round was especially meaningful for us, as it marked the debut of our brand-new Pre-Show on Saturday, hosted by Justin Murphy. Justin set the tone for the day with interviews, race insights, and behind-the-scenes stories that helped fans feel connected to the paddock before the first bikes even rolled out. The response from racers and viewers was overwhelmingly positive, and we’re excited to continue developing the segment throughout the season.

The Pre-Show kicked off with our very first guest, Alex Francis 🍌from the HWY94 Race Team out of San Diego, California. Alex brought great energy to the set and shared an important message—encouraging riders to get out of the mountains and onto the track, where they can push their limits safely, learn proper technique, and become better riders in a controlled environment.
Our second guest on the Pre-Show was Jake Tran — the YouTuber who, just five months after getting his motorcycle license, threw himself into real track racing with CVMA. In his YouTube video documenting the journey from absolute beginner to track competitor, Jake shares raw honesty about the learning curve, the mistakes, and the determination it takes to go from “first ride” to “first race.” His story resonated deeply with many in the paddock and with fans watching — proof that with the right mindset, dedication, and support, you can turn a fresh license into serious race-day performance in surprisingly short order.

Finally, Justin sat down with Dale Kieffer of Dunlop / Racers Edge Performance, one of the most respected tire experts on the West Coast. Dale brought a wealth of insight to the Pre-Show, breaking down tire selection, compound choice, and the importance of proper setup—especially during the colder winter rounds at Chuckwalla. His years of experience working directly with racers gave viewers a deeper understanding of how crucial tire performance is, not just for speed, but for confidence and safety. Having Dale on the show added real technical depth and was a valuable resource for both new and seasoned riders tuning in.
Sunday brought an extra highlight: Our announcers Al Garcia and Adrian Peratoner were joined by special guest announcer Jason Pridmore. His depth of knowledge, smooth delivery, and decades of racing experience added a whole new layer of insight to the commentary. Having someone of Jason’s caliber in the booth elevated the broadcast and gave fans a treat they won’t soon forget.

The weekend itself was a true test of adversity, adaptability, and teamwork. From battling the elements to working through technical challenges, every member of the crew—and many people in the paddock—stepped up to keep the broadcast running at a high level. It wasn’t always smooth, but it was a reminder of how strong this community is when everyone pulls together.
Overall, Round 3 delivered the perfect combination of competition, storytelling, and heart. We’re proud of what the team accomplished and grateful for everyone who tuned in, supported us, or helped make the broadcast possible.
